Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and the number is emailed to you as soon as the shipping label is created.

Each vial is held in place inside the box, and the outer packaging is plain with no product names on it.

Email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or a fix.

Every vial is made and batch-tested by our supply partner, Vinnix Alpha Amino.

The vial, cap, size and contents match the photo. We are moving our range over to PeptideDelivery labels, so for now some vials may still arrive with our supply partner's label, Vinnix Alpha Amino. The batch number works the same either way.

Yes. Send us the product and the batch number on your vial and we'll email the report for that batch.

Keep the sealed vial in a fridge at 2 to 8 °C for short-term storage, or a freezer at -20 °C for longer. Protect it from light, and let the vial reach room temperature before you open it so moisture doesn't condense inside.
